Co.”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Fit & Finish Furnishings Pty Ltd trading as VistaShade Co.

media, purchase products or services, or otherwise deal with us. Where applicable, we handle personal information
in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles

– property, window and opening details, including measurements, photographs or videos used for quoting or installation;

– communications between you and VistaShade Co.; and

We do not generally need to collect sensitive information. Please do not provide sensitive information unless it is
reasonably necessary for us to assist you.

5. Quotes, measures and installation photographs
We may take or receive photographs, videos and measurements of windows, openings, outdoor areas or completed
installations where reasonably necessary to prepare or confirm a quote, order or manufacture products, plan and
complete an installation, maintain installation and warranty records, or resolve a service issue.
We will not publish identifiable photographs of your property for advertising or social media without your
permission.
6. Marketing communications
We may contact you about products, services or promotions where you have asked to receive the information,
provided consent, or the communication is otherwise permitted by law.
You may opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe option in the communication, replying and asking us to stop,
or emailing info@vistashadeco.com.au. Opting out of marketing will not prevent us from contacting you about an
existing quote, order, appointment, installation, payment or warranty matter.
7. Who we may disclose information to
We may disclose personal information where reasonably necessary to:
– our employees, authorised representatives, installers, technicians and subcontractors;
